Thomas Vail is founder of Vail Associates Architects, begun in 1990. Prior to establishing VAA, Tom worked in the offices of I.M. Pei and Skidmore Owings & Merrill. He attended Syracuse University School of Architecture receiving a Bachelor in Architecture. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from SU.
Professional memberships and credentials include the American Institutes of Architects and NCARB Certification. Tom is licensed in NY, NJ and MA. Tom has served on the 49th West 72nd St Corp. Board for over 30 years.

Peter has been with Vail Associates Architects since 1990. He has been involved in all aspects of designing newly constructed homes and renovation of existing spaces. Services provided include furniture and furnishing selection. Peter has a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Syracuse University.
